Best University: Harvard and Princeton University are tied for first place. "U.S. News & World Report" magazine released this year's ranking of the best universities in the United States on the 12th. The rankings are not far from last year. Harvard University once again topped the list as expected, but this time it tied for first place with Princeton University. In this year's rankings, Yale University, Columbia University and the University of Chicago rank third, fourth and fifth respectively. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Massachusetts ranked sixth this year, Stanford University in California ranked seventh, and Duke University in North Carolina and the University of Pennsylvania tied for eighth. The only small change in the top ten is that the California Institute of Technology (California Institute of Technology), which was tied for fifth place with MIT last year, has slipped this year and is tied with Dartmouth College (Dartmouth College) for tenth place. The highest-ranked public school is the University of California, Berkeley, ranked 21st, followed by the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Southern California, followed by the University of Virginia, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
