After the police received a call about someone throwing rocks through the fence and a Phoenix patrol car was dispatched, the car was destroyed.

Police reported that when they arrived at the scene, a person ran into a car, fled the parking lot, and intentionally rammed a patrol car. A second patrol car was also hit by the suspect. Officers attempted to stop the suspect but were unable to contact the driver. A nearby detective spotted the suspect, and after a brief chase, he was arrested. Police said the suspect was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and so far no charges have been determined.
