The Christmas and New Year holidays are coming one after another, which is a good opportunity for many people to take a vacation, but for Mexican smugglers, the holidays may be their busiest time.

On December 27, based on an informant's tip, the Mexican army found a tunnel under a two-story house in the town of Nograles, Sonora, Arizona, leading to the town of Nograles, Arizona. According to U.S. border officials, it is a tunnel as long as a football field and contains complex electrical and ventilation systems. Military officials from both countries believe that this is a passage used to smuggle drugs.

On December 6, Mexican troops also discovered a tunnel in Takati and seized 294 grams of marijuana. and detained eight people.
