A preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board said that sitting in the left cockpit was a 65-year-old Tucson man named Del. Steinbronn) and the other is certified driving instructor Stephen Stafford, 51.
The plane took off from Marana Regional Airport at about 10:30 a.m. that day and crashed at Casa Grande Municipal Airport about an hour later.
