Congressional budget analysts said on Wednesday that the 10 biggest incentives in the U.S. tax code could save taxpayers more than $900 billion this year, but more than half of the incentives go to the 20% richest families in the United States.
According to the "Washington Post" report, the Congressional Budget Office reported that the richest 1% of households with annual income of more than $327,000 receive 17% of all tax benefits.
