The annual National Duck Post Painting Competition with a history of more than 20 years is a painting competition organized by the Department of the Interior legislated by the U.S. Congress. Its purpose is mainly to promote the protection of the natural environment and education. Each state selects a winner for the best painting and environmental message in March each year, and then conducts the final nationwide competition.
