Facing the 30th anniversary of China's economic reform and opening up, about 200 million elites of this generation are about to retire. This group is also the class with the best economic conditions in China. Community projects for the retired population will be business opportunities that local governments are actively seeking to plan. Yunnan's sunbelt climate and geographical location are similar to Arizona, making it the best retirement area. Under the arrangement of Zhang Huafang, chairman of the Overseas Chinese Federation, the group visited the Phoenix Municipal Government and the Chinese Senior Citizens Center.
