At noon on December 6th at the Superstation Golf Club, Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett hosted a grand inauguration ceremony for the first Chinese-Asian Eastern Women’s Real Estate Association President Zhang Shengyi. Attending this event were senior overseas Chinese leader Yu Wenjin, Taiwanese Ambassador Linghu Rongda, director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (Classical Office), as well as Director Kao Ka-fu’s representative Zhang Qingling, Chandler Vice Mayor Jack Sellers, Congressman Matt Salmon’s representative Lee Huff, Arizona Real Estate Association Commissioner Judy Lowe, National Association of Women of Realtors President Sindy Ready, Arizona Republican Party Chairman Robert Graham, Arizona Governor’s Asian Advisory Committee Chairman Deng Chaoju, and National Asian Real Estate Association Chairman Ivan Choi, and nearly 200 Chinese and American guests.

New members of the Eastern Asian Women's Real Estate Association, Chairman Zhang Shengyi, presidential candidate Romy Watts, Finance Tricia Manara Secretary Stephanie Hicks was sworn in under the sacred and solemn ceremony of Secretary of State Ken Bennett, and guests on site witnessed this historic moment.

Zhang Shengyi successfully founded the Asian Real Estate Association of Asia and served as the founding president. This year she successfully introduced hot money from China and Taiwan into the Arizona real estate industry and actively cooperated with the state's immigration investment plan. Ambassador Linghu Rongda, Director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (Classical Office), presented the certificate to congratulate Zhang Shengyi on her new appointment and commend her contribution to business cooperation between Taiwan and Arizona. At the inauguration ceremony, Chandler Deputy Mayor Jack Sellers announced her hiring as a representative of the Economic Development Commission and the Department of Foreign Business Investment.

The inauguration ceremony ended successfully at 1:30 pm. Members of the Women's Real Estate Association of Eastern Alberta are looking forward to the new leadership team bringing more efficient services. This inauguration ceremony is just a new starting point for Zhang Shengyi. She hopes to bring more practical services to local citizens and actively prepares to participate in the election of public officials in two years' time.
