> Sanda is a confrontational competition of wits and skills based on each other's martial arts movements. It is an important part of Chinese martial arts. Since the form of hand-to-hand fighting is carried out on a stage, it is also called "fighting stage".

has been widely circulated from ancient times to modern times. Due to the imperfect and inconsistent rules, the project of two people competing against each other has been widely circulated among the people. It was not until the founding of New China that martial arts was inherited and developed as an excellent national cultural heritage. After ten years of continuous exploration, Sanda was approved as an official sport in 1989. This is a new stage in the history of the development of martial arts and Sanda. With the progress of a series of competitions in recent years such as provincial competitions, national competitions, the National Sanda King Competition, Chinese and Foreign Competitions, and the World Cup Wushu Sanda Competition, Wushu Sanda is being introduced to the world with a new attitude.

Sanda prominently reflects the essence of martial arts, but it is clearly different from the content of martial arts that can cause injury and disability. The use of anti-joint grappling movements and the use of elbows to attack the opponent are not allowed. It has strict competition rules and is based on strengthening physical fitness, exchanging skills and improving technical level, which is the same as other sports. 2. Confrontation: Wushu Sanda is obviously different from Wushu routines. Confrontational martial arts content is the basic feature of martial arts Sanda. It not only requires good five basic qualities and proficient Sanda techniques, but also has agile adaptability and good psychological quality, and has strong confrontational nature. 3. Nationality, the characteristics of martial arts Sanda techniques are "far kicking, close hitting, and close throwing". It is not only different from boxing, taekwondo, Muay Thai and other fighting arts in terms of techniques, but also due to the differences in philosophical methods of martial arts characteristics contained in the characteristics of techniques. In addition, the competition format and methods also have distinctive national characteristics.
