At 3:00 pm on April 27 (Wednesday) in the ASU Coor 5536 classroom, Professor Hou Xudong of Sichuan University will give a lecture on the early interactions between non-Han ethnic groups and the Han people and their integration into the Han people. At 4:30 pm on April 28, Professor Hou will also give a Chinese lecture entitled "From Oblivion to Celebration: Birthdays and Buddhism in the Qin, Han and Six Dynasties" in the ASU Coor5536 classroom. Chinese friends are welcome to participate enthusiastically.
