The meeting elected the new chairman, vice-chairman and board members of the Tsinghua Alumni Association. Tao Min from Intel Corporation was elected as the fifth president of the Alumni Association. She will lead the six board members to organize and plan the activities of the Alumni Association in the next two years. There are seven people in the new board of directors, including: TAO Min (President), YU Hongyu (VP), FU Qiushi (VP from ASU), LU Shan (treasurer), LIU Lingtao, LU Xiao, and ZHOU Guian. The meeting once again clarified the aims and objectives of the Alumni Association. There are currently more than 100 members of the Arizona Tsinghua Alumni Association. In order to make the alumni association’s announcements and activities more effective, this year’s alumni association will take the construction of complete alumni contact information and improve the alumni website as the starting point of its work, and strive to make future activities more concise and efficient. Everyone also had a heated discussion about the activities to be carried out in the future, and many good suggestions were made. For example, the campus anniversary BBQ was officially decided to be held on the third Saturday of April every year, and academic salons will be held regularly. After the meeting, the participants took a group photo and met again. Participants took a group photo (first row, fifth from left, new chairman Tao Min)
