Vice Governor of Sichuan Province Huang Xiaoxiang met with the governor in Chengdu. Phoenix, the capital of Arizona, and Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, are sister cities. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the friendship and cooperative relations between Sichuan and Arizona. The governor also visited Intel's manufacturing plant in Chengdu and delivered a keynote speech at Sichuan University with other representatives from Arizona State University.
