February 2nd, a day of bright sunshine and laughter. To warmly welcome Lu Kanghua and his wife, comparative literature experts from Tucson, the Alberta PEN Club and the Alberta Times jointly organized a spring tea. Literati gathered together to talk about the New Year. Professor Lu, President of the Alberta PEN Association, and Elder Zhen, the editor of the Alberta Times, have all just undergone surgeries, are recovering well, and are in high spirits. Everyone was sincerely happy for them. Participating in this event were Yu Wenjin, a senior overseas Chinese leader of the overseas Chinese community and a former columnist; Chairman of the Alberta PEN Association, Chang Zhen, the editor of the Alberta Times; Jia Shu and his wife, the vice president of the Alberta PEN Association and a columnist of the Alberta Times;
