(Contributed by the Chinese Seniors Association) Recently, the Standing Committee of the Chinese Seniors Association discussed and decided The annual general election will be held at 8:30 am on Friday, December 14th this year, and the new chairman, vice-chairman and new executive committee will be elected. Candidates for the chairman and vice-chairman shall use a combination of self-registration and member nomination. Anyone who lives in the greater Phoenix area and is over ten years old can apply to join the association as a formal member. The association's purpose is to unite the Chinese elderly and enhance member benefits. We hope that members of the association who are enthusiastic about serving the elderly will actively sign up for the election and join the volunteer team to work together to make the annual membership meeting a united and joyful gathering. In recent years, some members have not received meeting notices due to changes in their home addresses. We hope that members will tell each other and inform us of their new addresses by letter or phone so that we can strengthen contact.
