At the beginning of the new year, the sun was shining brightly and it was as warm as spring. On the morning of January 19, a grand party was being held on the green lawn in front of the Shandle City Government. People dressed in colorful clothes turned the green grass into a garden with spring flowers in full bloom. Because there were more than 100 people of different ethnic groups checking in on the day of the centenary celebration, which added to the festive atmosphere of the multicultural festival. The U.S.-China Cultural and Art Exchange Association was invited to participate in the event and presented to the conference a picture of "Magnificent Miles" with six galloping horses, which attracted many people's admiration and admiration. At noon, Mayor Tibshraeny, Senators Rick Heumann and Kevin Hartke, and the director of the municipal government office met with the association's president Ms. Gu Yayu, vice presidents Mr. Chen Zhigang and Mr. Fan Rong and had cordial and friendly talks. The painter Mr. Fan Rong also carefully answered the mayor's and senator's inquiries and introduced the meaning and symbolism of the six horses picture as well as the characteristics of Chinese ink paintings. Everyone admired the magical style of Chinese paintings.

Mayor Tibshraeny then came to the stage to deliver a speech. Ms. Renee Levin, a representative of the largest enterprise in Chandler City, "Indel", one of the hosts of the conference, introduced the U.S.-China Cultural and Art Exchange Association and invited Ms. Gu Yayu, chairman of the association, and Chen Zhigang and Fan Rong, the presidents of the association, to come to the rostrum. Other government officials also walked to the rostrum along with the staff carrying the paintings. Amid warm applause, Ms. Gu Yayu first introduced the US-China Cultural and Art Exchange Association to the conference, and then introduced the author of "Wonderful Miles", the painter Mr. Fan Rong, who has worked hard for many years to achieve great achievements in the field of art, especially his horse paintings, which are loved and collected by people from all walks of life in many countries. Then the painter was invited to introduce the painting. Mr. Fan Rong and Ms. Gu Yayu introduced it to the mayor and the congregation in both Chinese and English. This painting "Magnificent Miles" was made for the 100th anniversary of the city of Jhandele. The six galloping horses rush forward, symbolizing the different ethnic groups in Jhandele who have worked hard together in the past 100 years to conquer this desert. The desert has turned into a beautiful, fertile, peaceful and prosperous city, and today we are all more like a group of galloping horses. Under the leadership of the mayor and city government, we work harder and unite to create a better future.

Amid warm applause, Mayor Mr. Tibshraeny gave a speech of thanks, and happily shook hands with everyone and took photos. There is now a festive atmosphere of enthusiasm, joy and friendliness.
