The Chinese Federation of Alberta and the Hualien Federation jointly announced: The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council’s 15th Overseas Chinese Professionals Returning to China to Start a Business Seminar will be held Held in Shanghai from July 2 to 4, 2014, it will focus on China's opportunities to comprehensively deepen reforms decided by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and focus on the hot spots of the China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone, and provide the latest policy interpretation and entrepreneurial practical guidance for overseas high-level talents who intend to develop in Shanghai. The Overseas Chinese Professionals Returning to China Entrepreneurship Workshop is a brand of talent introduction projects provided by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government to serve overseas Chinese. Since 2008, it has been held in Shanghai for 6 consecutive sessions, with more than 500 overseas Chinese professionals participating, and has been well received by all walks of life. Target applicants: Overseas Chinese professionals who have generally obtained a degree overseas, have overseas work experience, hold high-tech projects that are in line with Shanghai's industrial development direction, and are interested in returning to China to carry out project investment cooperation, innovation or entrepreneurship.
