Super Typhoon “Ramason” severely damaged Haikou City and Hainan Island, please help! Under the news coverage of the Malaysia Airlines International Flight Crash and the Gaza Corridor crisis last week, there was very little news about Scottsdale’s sister city, Haikou City and Hainan Island being seriously affected by Super Typhoon “Ramason”. After we learned about the severe damage in Haikou, we immediately decided to launch a fundraising operation.
