Since the National Association of Chinese Schools' Tenth National Congress and Chinese Education Seminar issued a call for papers, teachers and administrators from all Chinese schools have responded positively and enthusiastically submitted papers. Some authors reported via email that it takes a long time to create and organize papers, and suggested extending the deadline. After discussion by the conference organizing committee, it was decided to postpone the deadline from October 31, 2014 to November 10, 2014. Teachers and administrators from all schools are requested to continue submitting their papers. Things to note when soliciting papers are as follows: l This conference only accepts Chinese manuscripts. Currently, you only need to submit the abstract of the paper on the website, with a word count of 100-500 words. It is also possible to create a personal account for the person submitting the paper. Simply enter the abstract of the paper and then continue to improve it until the deadline on November 10. All abstracts of papers after November 10th will be included in the conference manual. 2 The organizers of the conference value the energy and time invested by the paper submitter in preparing the paper and respect the intellectual work of the author; therefore, submitted papers will generally be accepted. The organizer will make some overall arrangements and may want the author to make some modifications and additions, or may adjust the speech to other groups. 3 In addition to the oral reports given by representatives of each school at the forum, Chinese schools can also bring exhibition boards to the venue to display pictures and written materials of school activities, display school results and promote school characteristics through visual communication. 4If the author wants to include the paper in the conference paper collection, he/she needs to submit the final draft of the paper before November 15th, and the full text is limited to 1,000-2,500 words. 5 Most of the papers submitted so far are concentrated in Group 4 "Experience Exchange on Chinese Teaching Methods". We advocate the diversity of papers and welcome papers on education and teaching management, educational and cultural environment, various school activities, Chinese schools as community activity bases, and the connection between schools and mainstream society. 6. In addition to setting up booths at the conference venue to promote related products, conference sponsors such as booksellers, teaching software companies, and publishing houses have also requested to give speeches to introduce products at the forum. The organizing committee will classify such speeches into special groups so that many Chinese education workers participating in the conference can choose to listen to such product introductions to obtain more Chinese education resources and information. However, other groups in the seminar are still a place for exchanging teaching and educational experiences. The organizing committee has already stated on the conference website that the seminar welcomes the discussion of various teaching methods, the introduction of teaching materials and related software, and provides everyone with opportunities to communicate and learn. However, if the main content is to promote the author's own teaching materials or teaching software, the organizing committee will, at its discretion, require the author to act as a supplier or exhibitor, provide a booth accordingly, and require payment of conference booth fees. If an author who is not a supplier or exhibitor contains commercial promotion content when presenting a paper, the seminar host has the right to remind the author on the spot and request the removal of the commercial promotion content. 7 Paper submission website: http://smileyni.org/CSAUS/conference/ProposalAllInOne.php.
