>Huang Lijin originally worked in the Chinese restaurant industry, and later joined the Alberta Health Bureau and played an important role in the development of Chinese restaurants in Arizona. She is proficient in Chinese and English and can convey the information of the Health Bureau very fluently. At the same time, she plays an active role in promoting the training of Chinese restaurant staff and health inspections. Huang Lijing has worked in the Health Bureau for many years. She said that the purpose of the inspection is not to crack down on the restaurant industry, but to help Chinese restaurants grow healthily and positively. Punishment is not the purpose. Coordinating the relationship between the Health Bureau and restaurants to achieve a win-win situation is the blueprint for cooperation between the Restaurant Association and the Health Bureau.

Restaurant Association Chairman Zhang Huafang said that it is only because of the good relationship between the Restaurant Association and the Health Bureau that the Chinese food industry in Alberta is now so prosperous. This event was organized by Xu Guofu and Mei Shude, and all directors of the restaurant association actively participated.
