> Wang Wu was born in 1930 in Anqiu City, Yimeng Mountain District, Shandong Province. In 1941, he joined the local youth anti-Japanese vanguard, stood guard and fought against Japanese soldiers to protect his homeland. In 1942, he was injured and disabled in a fight with the Japanese. In 2011, he immigrated to the United States to reunite with his children. He currently lives in the Memorial Building Senior Apartment and is a member of the Chinese Senior Citizens Association. In activities commemorating the Anti-Japanese War, the story of the Chinese people's fight against the Japanese invaders was told many times.
