She was Yang Haihua, director of the Orange County Cultural and Educational Center, who came to congratulate her on behalf of Chairman Wu Xingxing of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council.

The affectionate gift was given to Huang Xinmin, but all Taiwanese overseas Chinese shared this cordial warmth.

Senior overseas Chinese leaders of traditional overseas Chinese communities, Deng Chaoju, Fang Huixian and representatives of Asian and Chinese descent were also present that night, which also showed that Huang Xinmin has deep connections and won everyone's support and love.

Halfway through the ceremony, when the ceremony was underway to bid farewell to Vice Mayor Jack Sellers, who had expired, the mayor announced that he had received a letter of thanks from Tainan City to Jack Sellers. Overseas Chinese Affairs Advisory Committee Director Zhang Qingling and Director Yang Haihua jointly presented a letter of thanks on behalf of the Tainan children, thanking him for his care in expanding the baseball exchange program between the two places.
