During the long holiday last weekend, on Saturday, September 2nd, teacher Wen Linglin held a line dance and ballroom dance at the Crown Restaurant, bringing all the beauties together to fill three tables, enjoy sumptuous meals, and dance to their heart's content. As usual, the teacher also specially asked us to dress ourselves up to be beautiful, elegant, cute or special... Let the ladies who are usually busy with work and family have a beautiful dinner that night, to relieve stress, reminisce about old times, and make new friends. We can share our own experiences or listen to other people's anecdotes, enriching the splendor of life, and dancing healthily. In line dance, we exert our utmost vitality and dance our youthful years with the power of life again. Let’s talk about ballroom dance. Teacher Chen now has rehearsals every Sunday afternoon at the Art Institute of Alberta. It turns out that slimness, elegance and grace are all inseparable from dancing. It enhances our temperament, graceful figure, cheerful mood, naturally healthier body, and full of beautiful appearance in life. During this time, Teacher Ling Lin and Teacher Chen also danced a rumba together, which was so beautiful that the audience was filled with applause and screams.
