When little Madison saw that her mother was unresponsive, she actually used her smartphone to call her grandmother in Texas and called 911 through her grandmother, saving her mother's life. Afterwards, everyone was surprised by Maddison's behavior. Logically speaking, she should not be able to make phone calls.
