In order to improve the cultural and living standards of overseas Chinese and strengthen the construction of overseas information channels, the "Sunbird" Alberta Chinese Network has the honor to invite Gao Gang, dean of the School of Journalism at Renmin University of China, to Phoenix to give a lecture on media on February 11. The main contents of the lecture are: "Professional principles and core technologies of news reporting", "Construction of communication influence in the media communication environment", "Media development trends and media strategic choices", etc. There will be half an hour of question time. Sunbird invites friends who love literary creation and media studies to participate.

Gao Gang Gao Gang, professor at the School of Journalism, Renmin University of China, doctoral supervisor, has enjoyed lifelong special subsidies from the Chinese government as an expert with special contributions since 1992. He has studied and trained in the Journalism Department of the Chinese Department of Peking University, the Journalism Department of Renmin University of China, and the Journalism Department of the University of Arizona in the United States. He has been engaged in professional journalism for 25 years in Beijing Daily, March Wind Magazine, Workers' Daily, Huasheng News and other news organizations, and has written a large number of in-depth reports reflecting China's social development issues. At the age of 50, he resigned as editor-in-chief of Huasheng Newspaper and taught at the School of Journalism of Renmin University of China.
