This morning (3/3/20) the Maricoopa County Public Health Department announced that yesterday’s suspected case in Arizona had a presumptive positive test result. The man was in his twenties and had been exposed to travelers from areas infected with the new coronavirus. He currently has mild symptoms and is recovering in isolation at home. As of the morning of March 3, a total of 32 people in Arizona had participated in the COVID-19 test for the new coronavirus. One of them was diagnosed positive on January 26 and was from Wuhan, China. He has now recovered. The other is a man who just tested positive this morning. As of today, there are still 6 people whose test results are pending and 24 people who have tested negative.
