On March 10, 2016, member representatives of 18 groups of the Greater Phoenix Area Chinese Federation held an annual election meeting. The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Board members for 2016-2017 were elected through nominations and anonymous ballots. The election results are:

Chairman: Deng Honghan

First Vice Chairman: Cui Zengqi

Second Vice Chairman: Zhang Deng Shuxian

Third Vice Chairman: Yu Zizhong

> The new chairman Deng Honghan is from Hong Kong and graduated from the Department of Chemistry of the University of Southern California thirty years ago. After many years of professional work, he joined the catering service industry. He has been enthusiastically participating in community activities for many years. He has served as a board member of the Alberta Chinese Museum Association, China Week, etc., as well as the chairman of the Asian American Professional Association and the first vice president of the Overseas Chinese Federation. After being elected, he said he would do his best to achieve the best results during his term.
