This year, there are more than 70 teams from all over the United States, with nearly 2,000 players participating in the 12th Dragon Boat Races. Dragon Boat Races have become an important cultural activity in the local mainstream society, promoting cultural exchanges and development of various ethnic groups. The dragon boat race is divided into male and female mixed groups, company groups, student groups, disabled groups, and breast cancer rehabilitation patient groups. On March 28, the Alberta Chinese Restaurant Association-Pepsi Band dressed in Tsing Yi and played four venues in one day. The dragon boat raced in the rippling blue water of the lake. Thousands of people on the shore shouted for cheers, and the crowds were uproarious. The Chinese Restaurant Association-Pepsi Band finally won the third place in the company group of the dragon boat competition. On April 26, the partners of the Chinese Restaurant Association put on dragon boat racing sportswear, hung up their medals, and happily took photos together.
