> The 2015 Phoenix Chinese Teaching Seminar will be held on the 25th and Saturday of this month, and the teaching location will be the Phoenix Chinese Christian Church. Registration is open now. The organizer, Phoenix Chinese School, said that this seminar will invite teachers Jiang Ximei and Hu Longhua from Taiwan to give guidance. The two teachers have many years of teaching experience and experience. They will prepare many exciting topics, including grammar teaching, classroom management, teaching writing and teaching aid production, the use of real language materials in teaching, how to teach spoken English, and picture book teaching, etc., to share with Chinese teachers in Phoenix.

The speaker of this seminar, Ms. Jiang Ximei, is currently the professor and director of the Department of Chinese Language Teaching at Taiwan Ming Chuan University. Teacher Jiang Ximei holds a PhD degree from the Institute of Chinese Literature at Soochow University. Her expertise includes Chinese language teaching, Chinese character teaching, composition teaching and Su Shi’s poetry. Teacher Jiang Ximei has published many books on how to teach children Chinese and composition. In addition, she also has rich experience in teaching writing and making teaching aids for Chinese language learning. Teacher Hu Longhua holds a master's degree in English teaching from Columbia University. He has served as a lecturer and summer class teacher at prestigious universities such as Princeton, Brown, and Duke in the United States. He is currently a senior lecturer at Brown University in the United States. He has many years of research in pronunciation, grammar teaching, and Chinese courses for elementary, intermediate, and advanced universities.

Teaching Seminar Two teachers will give lectures on July 25th (Saturday) and 26th (Sunday). Teachers and parents who are interested in learning Chinese teaching together are welcome to sign up.
