Are you ready to file your 2014 taxes? Thank you Obamacare for everyone to buy insurance in 2014. I believe everyone is aware that those who fail to buy will be fined! So how to prove that insurance is purchased? Many people's companies or schools provide free insurance; and isn't the insurance card proof of this? Yes, but the IRS has designed 3 forms 1095-A, 1095-B, and 1095-C for us to report!

1. Form 1095-A If you buy insurance from Obama market place, this form will be sent to you

2. Form 1095-B If you have purchased insurance originally, the insurance company will give you

3. Form 1095-C Existing The company will provide employees with

forms that are well classified! wrong! ! The problem is Forms 1095-B & 1095-C. The IRS currently does not require insurance companies or existing companies to send this form to guests/employees. It was not until 2016 that the IRS required 1095-B & C to send this form to guests/employees. From 2014 to 2015, it was voluntary. When federal law and tax law are out of sync, many problems will emerge one by one! The IRS has just drafted this new Obama insurance filing form. I heard that none of the big brand tax software companies on the market have yet drafted this form and are still designing it!

If you did not receive 1095-A, B, or C by the end of February 2015, don’t forget to contact your insurance company or company to request this form. With this form, it will be easier for you to prepare your tax return from January to April 2015!
