The 2013 Miss Phoenix Pageant has kicked off (pictures) (Overseas Chinese Federation News) Registration for the 2013 beauty pageant of the Greater Phoenix Overseas Chinese Federation has begun and will close on April 10th. All unmarried women aged 18 to 27 years old with good moral character can register to participate. Please download the registration form from the Overseas Chinese Federation website www.phoenixchineseunited.org, or call Wen Linglin at (480) 516-8868 for details.
