The 2013 Spring Festival BBQ event of the Alberta High-tech Association will be held this weekend Arizona China High-Tech Association Intel China employees The annual barbecue event co-organized by the Asian Cultural Council has begun. Sunday, March 17, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Arrowhead Meadows Park, 1475 W. Erie St.). The main contents of this event include delicious barbecue, playing basketball and cards together. Chinese friends are welcome to sign up. Last year, nearly 200 people participated in this event and it was well received by everyone. Friends who participate in the event are asked to take care of the safety of their families, children, and friends. The organizer does not assume any safety responsibility. Dear ACAHA members: This is a heads-up for the event that ACAHA, ACI and ICEN will jointly hold to celebrate the upcoming Spring on Mar 17 th. When: Mar 17th (Sunday), 11:00am -3:00pm Where: Arrowhead Meadows Park (1475 W. Erie St.) What to do: BBQ, cards, balls, or any other fun you can bring and share Safety: Stay Safe. Noalcoholic. Event organizers have no responsibilities for any accidents. Please take care of yourself, your family and kids. Make sure kids stay away from deep water and hot BBQ drink grill and are always in your sight, etc> For people who will attend, please provide the number of ppl (including ppl you forward this email to) so that we can prepare accordingly and ensure enough food. Please understand that all the work is by volunteers and your understanding of any inconvenience in the event is greatly appreciated.
