Go for the dream! ——2011 ASU Chinese Students Association Autumn Orientation Party (photo) It is the time for freshmen to enter the school again. In order to better integrate the freshmen into the study life of ASU and make more friends, the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) of Arizona State University held a grand CSSA 2011 Autumn Orientation Party on the evening of August 20th. This fall, more than 300 Chinese students will study at ASU, and the orientation party will be unprecedentedly grand. ASU Taiwan Dream Band At 6:40 pm, the New Year Party officially started. The Dream Band from Taiwan kicked off the New Year Party with their self-composed song "Moscow Night". Two beautiful hosts came on stage to express their warm welcome to the new students in the fall of 2011. Huang Linwen, president of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association, and representatives of the ASU Student Union all came to the stage to express their congratulations and hoped that everyone would actively join the student union organization and serve their classmates. Huang Linwen, President of the ASU Chinese Students and Scholars Association, played a native dialect game to liven up the atmosphere. Because they are all international students from all over China, they naturally cannot forget the local accent. Northeastern students like to say "Zana Na Da, Gang Gang Di Pang" and Shanghainese of course "I love Nong". The words that need to be read aloud in the game are the lyrics of popular songs. When read in the hometown dialect, it has a unique flavor and the whole audience laughs constantly. Brave boys always raise their hands enthusiastically, while girls always get their hands raised. Of course, her fluent local accent was greeted with laughter and applause, as well as her powerful knocking on the table. As long as she spoke, she would get souvenirs from the hands of the beautiful etiquette lady. After the game, it’s time for the draw. The prizes at this welcome party are rich and colorful, including printers, cake machines, bread machines, coffee machines and various small gifts. Five lucky people were the first to get the first round prizes. The first batch of lucky people not only get it, but also eat it. A sumptuous dinner and tempting pizza are waiting for everyone. In the welcoming "feast" that night, the most sumptuous thing was of course not only the food, but what also attracted the new students was the conversation with the old students and making some new friends. For new students who have just arrived at ASU, they are very new to many things, such as driver's licenses, car purchases, purchases, outings and other information. The student union has very carefully prepared an admission handbook for the new students, which details the precautions for studying abroad. After dinner, the old students prepared many wonderful performances, and the super grand prize "New York New Year's Countdown 7-day and 6-night tour for two people" was also grandly given away. grand occasion
