The winds where "Feite" passed were strong. In the early morning of the 7th, strong winds of magnitude 10-12 and gusts of magnitude 13-15 occurred along the northern coast of Ningde. The maximum was 50.7 meters/second (level 15) at Xingzai Island in Fuding.

"Feite" also brought heavy rainfall to parts of Fujian. From 8:00 on the 6th to 1:00 on the 7th, heavy rains and heavy rains occurred in the northern part of Ningde, Fujian, with the maximum 160.7 mm in Jiayang, Fuding.

According to the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory, "Fit" will move to the west after landing and will continue to cause strong winds and rains in central and northern Fujian. According to the Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation, starting from 22:30 on the evening of the 6th, the entire section of the Shenhai Expressway from Luoyuan to the Fujian-Zhejiang border will be closed to traffic. All vehicles in the Fuzhou section of the Shenhai Expressway, the Fuzhou Ring Expressway, the Airport Expressway, and the Ningde section of the Ningwu Expressway in the direction of Ningde are prohibited from traveling.
