On the evening of August 30, the Chandler Member of Parliament election results had just been concluded. Chinese candidate Huang Xinmin Sam, who insisted on running for the third time, had just concluded. Huang was successfully elected as the new Chandler councilor with 10,619 votes, second place.

This year, eight candidates competed for the three chandler seats. According to the voting results, Ellen, Nora and Sam Huang successfully won two seats. The last seat will be voted on on November 8 among the remaining six candidates.

Huang Xinmin expressed his great gratitude to the Chinese and American friends who have supported him for a long time, especially since he had no support from existing politicians or financial groups and relied entirely on mobilizing every citizen around him to win the election with a high vote. He said that although he was elected, the work he will face in the future will be more difficult. He will actively implement his political program and truly serve the citizens of Chandler.

Chandler City has a population of 260,000. It is the Silicon Valley of Arizona. It has a large number of high-tech companies and is an area with a relatively concentrated Chinese population in Arizona.
