4 On September 18, the American "Time" magazine announced the list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2013 on its official website. Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan were also selected. So far, this selection by Time magazine has gone through ten years. This year's 100 figures are divided into five groups: Giant Group, Leader Group, Artist Group, Pioneer Group and Idol Group. Xi Jinping is in the leadership group together with US President Obama and South Korean President Park Geun-hye, while Peng Liyuan is in the idol group together with US First Lady Michelle Obama and Britain's Princess Kate.
