A SWAT team arrested a suspect in a serial shooting on a busy Phoenix highway, authorities said. "We got him," the governor said on Twitter, without providing more information. Authorities urge citizens to remain vigilant and to contact police immediately if they have information about the shooting.
So far, there are still 11 consecutive shootings.
