The average price of real estate in Greater Phoenix increased by nearly $10,000 in March compared with February. Real estate prices in Greater Phoenix experienced a crazy March. The average home selling price increased by nearly 10,000 yuan compared with February. According to the latest report from Arizona Carey Business School, the median home price in March was $204,500, compared with $195,000 in February, an increase of nearly 4.9%. Mike from the Real Estate Theory and Practice Research Center said that every March, the spring busy season will be the peak sales season, which will continue beyond May. February has typically had the lowest median price for the past seven months. Despite the surge in prices in March, sales numbers are still far lower than last year, about 20% lower than last year. Mike said it is unlikely that real estate prices in urban areas will rebound significantly, but the recent reduction in loan interest rates and banks lending to more borrowers will help the market continue to recover in the next few months. The 30-year fixed rate has dropped to 4.18%. Industry surveys show that mid-April has been the easiest time to get a loan in the past three years. The median real estate value rose 17% in March compared to the same time last year.
