据外电报道，11日一架载有7名乘客的小型飞机准备降落在亚利桑那州北部一机场时发生意外，事故造成1人死亡。
报道称这架单引擎飞机在试图着地时被大风掀翻，乘客随后被紧急送往医院，一人伤重不治，另外一人住院接受治疗。
One passenger died after being taken to a hospital, while another was hospitalized for treatment, Varner said. Several other passengers suffered minor injuries and have since left the hospital.
The cause of the plane crash is under investigation.
